Return and Refund Policy

We are so honored to be one of your shopping destinations. At Nido we value sustainability and would rather you buy less and buy better and enjoy what you buy from us! 

Shopping can be a challenge, especially on-line. We are happy to provide you with extra information to help you choose well.   We're available in person, via email, phone, text or FaceTime to work with you. Please reach out! 

With a few occasional exceptions (such as trunk show items or special orders)  you have 7 days after receiving your item to reach out to us letting us know you'd like to initiate a return.  Once you contact us, you may bring it back in person or ship it to us.  Upon the item's return to the store, we will fully refund the purchase to the card it was purchased with.  We give you your money back, we do not issue store credits.  Our goal is to make a match, not to hold your money. 

Please make sure all returned items are unworn & unused with the tag attached (if bought on-line) to ensure the item's integrity for future sale.

Our return policy includes sale items of all kinds. If it doesn't work, let us know. Please return it. We want everything you get from us to be your favorites for a long time!

Ship with the carrier of your choice, you are responsible for paying for return shipping (unless due to an order error by Nido).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) as well as Trunk Show or Pop-Up items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cool-Off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
